At Flemingate, Beverley, Marlborough delivered a £2.4 million Brickwork and Blockwork package in a 35 week programme. Over 1 million bricks were laid in the period and over 45 skilled bricklayers were employed at the programme peak.

The development provides over 160,000 sq feet of retail and leisure units along with 700 jobs created. The scheme boasts Debenhams, Costa, H&M, Wilko and other leading brands amongst a Premier Inn, a 6 screen Parkway Cinema and a 500 space Multi Storey Car Park.
