New Project Award: Ryedale House, York

We are pleased to announce that we have received our first order from Yorkshire Developer, Newby Developments, to reclad the 1960s former office building, Ryedale House in York.

The £850,000.00 project comprises of brickwork, blockwork and SFS inner leaf.

The building will be converted in to 77 luxury Apartments in the Castle Gateway regeneration area in Piccadilly. The building had been occupied by north Yorkshire Health Authority but had remained vacant for a number of years. Now work is underway with the refurbishment. The original façade has been removed and Marlborough will start work in October 2018 with a scheduled for completion in March 2019. This is Marlborough’s third successful project award this year in York following contract awards from Buckingham Group on York Stadium and Leisure and 2 Nr Appartment blocks at the Chocolate Works site for Barrett David Wilson.

The Marlborough team will be led by Noel Ryan and Andy Evans.
