Following the successful completion of Witham Academy Phase One, Marlborough has been awarded the £1.5 million masonry contract on the City of Lincoln Academy. This project is the next for the Priory Federation of Academies, believed to be the largest academies scheme in the country.

Marlborough has been awarded the masonry contract for Bulwell Joint Service Centre (JSC), the biggest development of its kind in the country. The JSC will integrate facilities for Nottingham City Council & Primary Care Trust, as well as catering for local youth & voluntary sectors.

Marlborough has secured the masonry and SFS package on another of the STaG Building Schools for the Future (BSF) projects, Harton Primary School. This brings the total number of schools projects Marlborough has been involved in since 2003 to 50, across 11 regional BSF/ PFI schemes.

Marlborough has been awarded the masonry and SFS package on the latest school in the STaG BSF programme. With current projects on both the Nottingham & Durham BSF schemes, South Shields Community School continues Marlborough’s long-standing relationship with Carillion Building.

Having built over 40 schools in the last 6 years Marlborough has an established reputation for delivering contracts in the education sector and is now involved in construction of the biggest school in Europe – Nottingham Academy.

Marlborough answers the call for greater supply chain integration and improved trades knowledge with a refresher workshop for clients in basic masonry principles. This workshop is the latest in a series held at Marlborough’s Training & Product Development Centre.

Marlborough has been awarded the CSCS Platinum Certificate of Commitment. This certifies that at least 95% of our workforce holds the relevant card proving their competency through the Construction Skills Certification Scheme.
